October 6th, 2008And again..
I have ‘disappeared’ again for almost a month. I’ve been busy. My sister and cousin are going back to Mauritius today. Long story…but anyway, now I finally have time to do whatever I want. When I think of the number of times I’ve ‘disappeared’ in the past, I wonder why some people still come and read whatever I write here.
Photos for my previous entry…

Papaya milkshake!!
No photos of food this time. hehe . Only a photo of the papaya milkshake that I had. ![]()
I never liked eating papayas when I was a kid. I used to think that the smell was horrible and the taste even more disgusting. Being the kind of person who likes to give 2nd (and 3rd, 4th and so on… ) chances, I bought a papaya earlier this year and realized that papayas aren’t as disgusting as I remembered them to be. They are actually quite good.

Me too I disappear quite a lot 8)
Happy belated birthday
I know it is very late

[...] My family used to buy papayas quite often back in Mauritius but as far as I can remember, I had always hated papayas when I was still in Mauritius. I used to watch my youngest sister eat papayas and I couldn’t understand her love for that fruit. I used to find the smell and taste of papayas disgusting. Apart from papayas, there was no other fruit that I hated. Then I went off to study in Shanghai and during my 4th & last year there, I bought a papaya one day. I don’t even know why I bought that papaya. To my surprise, it didn’t taste as bad as I remembered it to be. I even drank papaya milkshake once. [...]
