The meanest words I’ve heard this week are “What do you want?”,said in an exasperated tone. After more than two years together, I should have known that he’d react like that. Note to myself: Stay away from him and do not contact him at all when he is busy with his projects. The submission date is tomorrow.
I don’t plan on seeing or contacting him again, at least not until next Thursday when I finish my exams. Contrary to what he might think,I’m not doing that to get back at him. I have exams next week and I have only started revision yesterday. My turn to be super busy now…
On a happier note, I’ll be officially on hols as from next Thursday 11:30 a.m, after I’m done with my last exam of the semester. The second semester will start in March. I’m not sure of the exact date yet but we’ll have longer hols this year, 1 1/2 months instead of just one month. :)

…btw……..thanks to everyone for the New Year wishes. :)

I’m sure “He” didn’t really mean to hurt u.Sometimes when people are too focused on what they’re doing or when they have too much on their minds, they tend to say things they don’t actually mean.
But then I can also understand how u felt abt it…Words can hurt really bad sometimes…
It’ll get better soon hopefully :)
For now on try to concentrate on your exams :) And gud luck!

lol my brother too used to do that but he stopped after i hit him last time. Dun worry Aline, remember what was said in the book by Alan and Barbara Pease? Male do react like that, even me. It’s not always on purpose but it just comes out without bad intention behind.

Balance is key in all relationships. When both partners are equal, in terms of character, then the relationship can be unstable and generate more frictions between the two. When one person is softer and makes compromises faster, then the relationship tends to be more peaceful. Anyway this is what I have learnt over the years.
Good luck for your exams anyway, I am so happy I don’t have exams anymore :)

“What do you want” in an exasperated tone is something I tend to do especially when I am busy. -Blushes. And much of my family has heard that before. However, I must say that well, it might sound ‘hurting’ to the receiving party as well, considering the tone used. Oops.

Anyway, -hugs. I am sure he doesn’t mean to hurt you!

    And longer holidays? I’m envious.
