Geez. I can’t stop thinking about that sentence. No wonder. It’s the first time someone tells me that he hates me. It seems like there’s a very thin line between love and hate.
I’m sick of trying to justify myself. We were only friends and I had made it clear that I wasn’t ready to get involved with anyone again. He said he loved me. It’s strange how love turns into hate within months. As a friend, I should have kept in touch with him. I did …. at first. Then I started working and became very busy. Now I’ve got preparations to do to go to university in China. I don’t have time to send him a message on his mobile everyday. Is it so hard to understand? I was even planning to go visit him during my holidays but now it’s a big No Way. I guess this was inevitable. We are in two different countries and may never see each other again. I had thought that our friendship was going to survive despite the distance separating us. :worried:
I don’t want to hear from him again if that’s the way he’s going to be.

Hi there, actually maybe he wanted you to go away because it’s hard for him.. and that it was surely not a smart way to do it but like “On peut pas faire des omellettes sans casser des oeufs..” Yeah, like the other said that guy is immature, rude, bla bla bla so you just should forget about it and move on.. I guess I can understand because I know how it is to be the bad guy..

Take care, don’t worry too much… Just prepare yourself for the trip ahead. If he was a true friend, he’d understand that he’s just making it too hard for you. It’s not like he didn’t know you were going overseas anyway, right?
Don’t worry, he doesn’t hate you, he just hates whole he handled the whole situation and how it turned out. Sometimes it’s hard to really listen to people and hear what they are really saying to you. One can end up turning it around in there head and their emotions get outta control.

I used to know this person who got really pissed at my friend because she didn’t e-mail this person often enough. My friend attends med school and has tons of hard classes, of course she isn’t going to have time for chatting! Some people are so self-centered, they forget about that others are human beings with actual lives of their own.

Hate is such a strong word… And you already said you only wanted to be friends right. And being friends, you don’t have the “obligation” to send him a message each and every day. He should understand that you’re very busy with impt stuff. Hope you’ll get things sorted out soon.
i think the guy’s a bit immature. well, you tried your best. that’s all that really matters in situations like these.
